After setting up the SCRUM methodology, continuous integration (Gitlab CI/CD), and trained my colleagues on these methods, I crafted on this vast project evaluation tools, survey and content management for a LMS (Moodle).
I also co-hosted the SCRUM ceremonies, participated in the writing of "user-stories" and acceptance tests.
